Shipping policy
Priority mail ships in 2-5 business days. Most packages ship sooner but we ask for this processing time (Please note that this is an estimate and USPS doesn't guarantee deliver dates for priority mail.)
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved fro your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility.
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items only! Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request for their order to be reshipped there will be a $10 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided.
